Lee Langley
Clubman of the year 2010 - 2011
Known as the ‘Beast’ for his presence and sheer aggression, he is a versatile player who can play C/B, C/M and C/F. During his younger years his main club was Staines Town FC. By the age of 15 he was attracting the attention of QPR and Chelsea. He began training at QPR, before in sporting terms he suffered a serious injury which ended his short lived time at the top. He returned to Staines Town FC before later moving to Devon where he has played for Newton Abbot, WBB and currently Babbacombe. He is Torbay Police’s player manager, and a lifelong Arsenal fan.
His claim to fame is being given the job of marking 'The Romford Pele' Ray Parlour, in a match between Staines Town and Arsenal many years ago now. Staines lost that one 8-2 (and no Langers didn't score).
He might not catch you but he will go through you.
