The Torbay Police Football Club was founded in October 2010 by three members of Devon & Cornwall Police: PCSO Daniel Locker, PC Lee Metherell and PC Lee Langley.
The Clubs motto is 'FRONTI NULLA FIDES' - Never judge a book by its cover.
The clubs nickname is the BEES or the BUSY BEES, as decided by Joanne Langley in 2010 (8 year old local girl).
Our mascot is BUZZ BUMBLE.
Our first match was played in aid of the Rowcroft Hospice. It was played on 08/11/10 at Coach Road against Torquay Utd All Stars. We lost 3-1. Local side Babbacombe Corinthians kindly lent us a kit so we could play.
Soon after this our President local businessman Kev Lack began sponsoring us. We cannot thank Babbacombe Corinthians or Mr Lack enough for giving us this wonderful support.
